‘Community Interlink’ includes district hospitals and local health services from across northern and central Victoria and southern New South Wales and will service around 300 home care clients with care coordinated via staff employed at the different organisations to ensure residents have access to local providers. The consortium says it will now work towards building its member agencies and consolidating its revenue streams. Another case of regional providers adapting to the new CDC environment.
