$2.5M retirement village to replace motel approved for NSW Central Coast

The Glades Country Club Motor Inn on Dunban Rd in Woy Woy will be replaced with a complex of 19 one- and two-storey self-care units for seniors proposed by Knight Mapleton Design Partners.

The site is zoned R2 low-density residential, but seniors housing is allowed with Council consent.

Each unit will feature one or two bedrooms, a study, bathroom, living room, dining and kitchen, small garden/private open space area with timber fencing around the perimeter of the garden.
