ACWIC seeks feedback on aged care workforce tool
You can access the Workforce Planning Tool here

The Aged Care Workforce Industry Council (ACWIC) is asking interested parties, such as aged care providers and workers, to provide feedback on its online tool, which was developed to help aged care providers establish a baseline understanding of their workforce and build a workforce plan. The Workforce Planning Tool was released in June 2022, and is available for free on the ACWIC website. Interim ACWIC CEO, Sarah McLelland, said the tool has been accessed by thousands of users since its release, and they are now seeking feedback to ensure the tool is meeting the needs of the sector.
“The workforce planning tool enables Australian aged care providers to understand more about creating a strategic workforce plan so that they can effectively build their staffing models to provide holistic, human-centered and quality care,” Sarah said. “Our evaluation survey offers the aged care sector an opportunity to provide feedback about the tool to inform its further development.”
The survey will be available online until May 5, 2023. You can access the Workforce Planning Tool here. The survey can be found here.
