Aegis Aged Care Group gets green light for $13M five-storey village and aged care development in Perth

The family-owned operator has been approved to build a 64-bed aged care facility plus Independent Living Units and retail space attached to their existing 80-bed facility at Bassendean, 11km northeast of Perth.

The ILU’s and aged care facility will each be spread across two levels with shops on the ground floor.

Founded in 1983, Aegis has over 25 facilities in Perth and south-west WA caring for over 2,200 residents.
