Aegis opening 238-bed aged care home in Perth

Construction of the family-run operator’s 238-bed, Shoreline aged care home has been completed in North Coogee, 30km southwest of Perth, after 23 months.

Featuring seven wings across three floors, the home’s RADs are priced from $250,000 to $400,000.

Established in 1983, Aegis has over 25 aged care homes in metro Perth with over 2,200 residents.
