Glenn Bunneys community-based village and care operator Sundale has finally been given approval by the Sunshine Coast Council to add 54 units to its Coolum Waters Resort village. A compromise was reached when the increased retirement accommodation was counterbalanced by additional sporting facilities in the adjacent recreation reserve.
