Multicultural NSW, an agency of NSW Government, has earmarked $6.25 million for an aged care home in the state’s Indian community.

Previously the NSW Government has allocated $7 million to the Maronite community to help with an aged care project specific to the needs of their seniors.

MiCare is about to construct and manage the building of an ethno-specific aged care centre at Noble Park. The 108-bed facility will have language-based staff and volunteers, prayer rooms and a 300-capacity community hall.
