Melbourne-based retirement and aged care marketing specialists One Fell Swoop has opened a Sydney office to be headed by ex-Stockland retirement living sales executive, Rob Macpherson (pictured). It will operate from Potts Point.
Prior to his role as CEO of the Retirement Village Association Giles was General Manager of Macroplan. He has now launched a specialised property economics and research unit within One Fell Swoop, focusing exclusively on seniors living and care. The group has also expanded its dedicated villa an apartment sales business which is headed up by Matt Rowe. They directly execute sales for four clients and manage the sales team for a further three. They have grown a strong client base of profit and for profit operators. Check their website HERE.
