The expansion of Woolooware Shores will include five 185-unit apartment buildings and a 48-bed residential aged and dementia care facility. As we covered here, the site was originally the home of the Toyota car factory and the land included “contaminated material,” forcing Anglicare to build on top of the existing site rather than excavate.
