The Not For Profit has achieved practical completion of an 80-bed facility in Oran Park, approximately 60km west of the Sydney CBD.
The $26 million project was handled by PBS Building, who delivered 80 beds spread over a three-level facility with six connected wings.
Two of these are specialised areas for residents with dementia.
The new home is part of an upgrade that will include 67 additional retirement living villas at Anglicare’s existing Oran Park Village.
