Announcing the LEADERS SUMMIT 2015 – the leaders forum in a time of rapid change

We are proud to announce the dates for the LEADERS SUMMIT 2015: Thurs 19 and Fri 20 March. To accommodate expanded delegate interest the venue has been transferred to the Shangri-La Hotel, Sydney.
With the rapid change being forced on the village and care sectors by government and consumers, the focus of the SUMMIT will be on leadership, marketing and emerging models.
Building on the success of 2014, there will be 32 speakers presenting tight, information packed and actionable presentations. Each is a leader in their field and few have presented to the sector before.
By popular demand Dr Peter Wilton (pictured top) from UCLA Berkley will return to provide a full 60 minute presentation on ‘Customer Experience Strategy’. Peter personally works with CEOs of US corporations such as Apple Computers and Cisco Systems, European businesses such as Eriksson and British Airways and Central American businesses such as Coca-Cola Mexico and CAPTEC (Panama).
We have also invited MajGen (Retd) Peter Dunn AO from Noetic Group to present a session on leadership – how to identify and nurture the people who will take your business to success. Peter was a transformational leader first in the Australian Army, followed by the public service and now with significant public and private projects.
We have again selected 10 hatted restaurants for our included networking dinner of 30 delegates each on the Thursday night.
