The family-owned organisation will open the doors of its 37th aged care home in Springwood, 20 minutes south of Brisbane. As we reported here, Arcare beat out three other private developers to secure the land in 2016, paying $4.4 million for the site – which was previously the home of popular Springwood Bowls Club. Arcare has invested $750,000 in a unique board walk that will run alongside the residence.
