Arcare opens new aged care homes in Essendon and Noosa – RADs up to $1.5M

Residents have started to move into the private operator’s newest new aged care homes in Essendon and Noosa after they were officially opened in January.

The new Essendon development boasts 120 suites with RADs priced from $650,000 to $1.5 million and 25 residents moved in.

Meanwhile the Noosa home contains 90 suites priced from $550,000 to $850,000 and is already 50% full.

Arcare has over 40 aged care homes across QLD, NSW and Victoria.
