The first stage of construction of Tim Russell and Mark Taylor’s four-storey village has yet to begin, but 30% of the 49 apartments have already been sold according to the Sunshine Coast Daily

The first stage of construction of Tim Russell and Mark Taylor’s four-storey village has yet to begin, but 30% of the 49 apartments have already been sold according to the Sunshine Coast Daily. The two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments are selling from $420,000, while the two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments are priced from $640,000 and three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments from $675,000. The site is also located just 100 metres from the new Stella Maris aged care facility. Aura is now partnered with Singapore’s SC Capital and QLD’s Blue Sky to build 2,000 units.
