Australian Unity named Reader’s Digest’s best retirement and aged care provider

Australian Unity has won two Reader’s Digest Quality Service Awards, including the national award for Aged Care and Retirement Villages. The member-owned company, which operates 22 retirement villages and 11 aged care homes in NSW, Victoria and Queensland as well as delivering home care services, won Gold in the categories of Home Care Services for Victoria/Tasmania, and Aged Care and Retirement Villages nationally.


“For 10 years, Australian Unity’s Better Together model has informed the design and enabled the development of strong communities that provide individuals with a sense of purpose and security through meaningful engagement, access to quality accommodation and services and social connectedness,” said Executive General Manager for Residential Communities Beverly Smith (pictured).
