The largest retirement development in South Eastern Brisbane, the redevelopment of the three-hectare Carindale retirement village will deliver 432 independent living units and a 115-bed aged care facility.
The $45 million first stage will include two multi-storey apartment buildings with consulting rooms for a GP, allied health and care professionals.
It’s due to be completed in mid-2019 with the final stage due to be finished by 2028.
