Aveo breaks new ground with luxury assisted living apartments in Brisbane’s north

The five-storey Sellwood building at its flagship retirement village The Clayfield in Albion will feature 65 two-bedroom assisted living apartments and offer residents an additional level of home support service.

Meals, in-home, and cleaning and laundry services are all available alongside 24/7 health and medical support from on-site doctors and allied health services.

The apartments also boast a range of features including more accessible wide hallways and doorways, large light switches, DDA-compliant bathrooms and zero-step flat thresholds from living areas to outdoor spaces.

Apartments are priced from $499,000 to $689,000.
