Aveo gets green light for $27 million aged care facility at flagship Brisbane village

Another week, another Aveo building project. The 105-bed, six-storey facility will be the final stage of development at The Clayfield in Albion, 6km from the CBD, which is due to be completed in 2020. The village – originally just one building that was converted from an existing building on the block – now has 235 independent living units across five buildings. As we reported here, 65 assisted living units were launched at their five-storey Sellwood building mid-last year.
