The Aveo China backed $326M Tide and Health Campus opens its first stage this December, one hour out of Shanghai.
It will evolve into a retirement village with supportive care for 2,600 residents, served by 600 staff across 76 low rise buildings on 10 hectares. Three bedroom apartments are priced at $525,000 down to studio apartments at $240,000. Two months out they report they have 60% pre sales.
Aveo has a 30% stake and will provide the operational management led by Australian expat Julie Jackson.
