The new development at Lalor, 18km north of the CBD, will eventually be home to a 120-bed residential aged care facility and 135 independent living units, plus a community hub and wellness centre. CEO Graham Dangerfield says that with the area’s over-50 population set to jump by 84% in the next 20 years, Lalor is a natural fit for the Not For Profit.
