The Victoria-based Not For Profit plans to build a single-storey 124-bed aged care facility and 76 two- and three-bedroom retirement living apartments at Doncaster Hill, 14km east of the CBD.

Benetas currently has a co-located aged care facility at Dalkeith Heights Retirement Village in Traralgon, but the Doncaster site would be its first purpose-built multi-storey development.

They have 13 aged care homes across the state with their 14th The Views at Heidelberg is due to open later this year.
