Benhome marks handover of management to RFBI and opens new wing

As we reported here in April, Benhome residential and home care services was sold to the not-for-profit Royal Freemasons’ Benevolent Institution (RFBI) after several months of searching for a suitable purchaser. Following this milestone, Benhome officially opened its new wing – the Benhome Board Building – last week. The $18 million capital works included the addition of 24 new residents’ rooms – as well as a complete refurbishment of its Eichholzer and Ribee Wings, a new front entrance and several new facilities.
