Bernadette Gotch appointed CEO of Kincare

Bernadette Gotch, the Chief Operating Officer of private-equity owned home care provider Kincare, has been appointed its Chief Executive Officer, as of last month.

A Registered Nurse who has worked for International SOS, a multinational medical and security assistance centre, the NRMA and NSW Rural Doctors Network, Bernadette joined KinCare in March 2020, just as the pandemic was beginning.

Kincare was acquired by ASX-listed financial services firm MA Financial Group, a joint venture with NYSE-listed investment bank Moelis & Company, in September 2022.

Previously, the group was owned by the Howie family. As of 2020, Kincare had approximately 10,000 clients all around Australia.
