The WA provider is selling the 48 one- and two-bedroom serviced apartments from $385K at its Bethanie on the Park village in Menora just marketing to GP’s, 5km north of the Perth CBD, for less than $45 per day including meals, cleaning, laundry and access to its health and wellness app.
Each apartment, which features a balcony large enough to fit an outdoor setting and BBQ, is also fitted with technology to detect if a resident has a fall, triggering an alarm for the village manager to respond.
Bethanie CEO Chris How says they saw a gap in the market for a retirement living option that wasn’t available.
“This new service is a great option for General Practitioners to guide their clients – especially given the health support options we will have on hand 24/7,” he adds.
