Conceived six years ago, Azure Blue is a new blended village and care facility that also acts as a hub that offers both residents and the wider community integrated care and medical support services. The first Azure Blue development opened in Redcliffe 18 months ago and the second at Carina opens shortly. A total investment exceeding $100M, the village component is already enjoys 80% pre sales.
