Brightwater Care Group gets tick of approval for $40M aged care facility and head office in inner-city Perth

The Metro North-West Development Assessment Panel has approved the WA Not For Profit’s plans for the three-storey 129-bed facility and office in Inglewood, 5km northeast of the Perth CBD. The building on Walter Road West, opposite Mt Lawley Golf Club and adjacent to its existing 64-bed dementia-specific home The Village will also accommodate 150 head office staff. It will also include sensory landscaping and a ‘garden in the sky’ for residents, as well as a salon, physiotherapy services, gym and clinical hub.
