Brisbane-based property developers Metacap Developments have lodged an application with the Fraser Coast Council for the 160-home community in Urangan, which they have called Riverbend Resorts.
The 6.5ha community would feature indoor bowling, a pool, recreational area, communal lounge and ease of access for both vehicles and pedestrians.
Metacap is a private property development, fund management and strategic investment company that was incorporated in 2005 by Alex Jimenez – a Brisbane based property developer – and Newell Palmer Securities Pty Ltd – a Sydney based financial advisory firm.
