The 21,000sq m development at Kogarah in Sydneys south is set to include three buildings above a two-level shared basement car park, with 105 independent living units as well as a 100-bed aged care home.
Its yet another aged care project for Brookfield, with the contractor already working on the $180 million The Terraces at Paddington for Presbyterian Aged Care and currently wrapping up construction on the Mark Moran seniors living village in Vaucluse.
The St Patricks site is located on the former grounds of the Bethany College, where Brookfield recently finished decommissioning the old buildings to make way for the new development, and is scheduled to be completed by late 2017.
