‘Clinical awareness for village managers’: Uniting and Ryman lead DCM Institute Masterclass - available only to DCMI members

The next DCM Institute Masterclass, on Clinical Awareness for Village Managers, is being presented on the 25 & 27 June. 

World leading Wound Clinical Nurse Consultant Hayley Ryan, from Uniting NSW & ACT, and Tara Wills, Clinical Manager at Ryman Healthcare, will present with the DCM Institute. 

They will provide village managers tools, resources and information on how to identify clinical concerns of their residents and how to navigate the process and encourage the resident and their family member/ carer to take ownership of their wellbeing where a clinical concern has been identified. 

There are two sessions available, with DCM Institute members required to attend one. There will be pre-work assigned to members to complete before the session begins. Members are encouraged to complete this in the Knowledge Centre to set you up to make the most of your time in the Masterclass.    

Session 1 of the The DCM Institute Masterclass: Clinical Awareness for Village Managers is on Tuesday, 25 June: NSW, QLD, VIC, ACT at 11am and WA 9am and SA 10.30am. 

Session 2 is on Thursday, 27 June: NSW, QLD, VIC, ACT at 2pm, WA 12pm and SA 1.30pm.
