The Illawarra-based group took out two awards for Community Contribution and an Employer of Choice award in the 2016 Awards.
The awards recognised their IRT Foundation, which partners with community groups and organisations to promote age-friendly communities; and their Kemira community at IRT William Beach Gardens, which accommodates ageing people with intellectual disability and their carers.
Its the third year straight IRT has won an Employer of Choice award too. It's a testament to the value we place on our employees, IRT Group Chief Executive Nieves Murray said. We pride ourselves on customer service and we support our employees to do the best job they can.
