Construction begins on $47 million Edenlife Australind (WA) land lease community

Local property investor and developer, Lester Group, has started work on a new LLC in Australind (15 kilometres north-east of Bunbury on WA’s south coast), which will feature a total 186 homes and house around 300 residents.
Stage one, scheduled for completion in late 2019, will deliver 36 houses and a range of community facilities. As we reported here, Lester Group is planning “a number of communities” for prime locations around the metro and regional centres of WA.
