Construction of GemLife’s flagship land lease resort on Gold Coast has begun

Civil and commercial construction work on Stage 1 has begun at GemLife Gold Coast, with the site promising to set a new benchmark for land lease communities. GemLife director and CEO Adrian Puljich said basement work has also begun on the lifestyle resort’s three-level Country Club and the slab for the first of over 300 homes is being laid. GemLife Gold Coast is being built on an elevated site in Pimpama and offers views across the coast towards Surfers Paradise. Its split-level luxurious homes will be offered from $1.2 million.

“GemLife Gold Coast has been carefully planned to enable buyers to choose bigger yards, or larger homes with more low-maintenance gardens, depending on their preferences,” Adrian said.

GemLife paid $29.7 million for the 46.41ha of land, a subdivision of The Heights Estate.
