Country Club Living lodges plans for its second QLD retirement village – 185 units in Toowoomba

The Ballarat-based operator – which has seven villages in Victoria and one in Noosa – wants to build the 185-unit village plus a nine-hole private golf course at Cotswold Hills, just south of the Toowoomba Bypass.

The village would also include five types of villas, a community centre, a caravan store, a bowling green, indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, tennis half-court, spike bar and hobby workshop.

Country Club currently has around 1,500 units in its portfolio and a pipeline of $500 million development projects.
