Curtin Heritage Living steps up marketing effort for $140M Waterfront Cottesloe mixed-use site

As we reported here, the community-run Not For Profit is putting $140 million into the development of Waterfront Cottesloe, a retirement living and aged care precinct on the beachfront 11km southwest of the Perth CBD. The 40-year-old provider currently has an 88-bed aged care facility at the site, but the new development will see 75 retirement living apartments and 128 residential aged care beds added to the location.
