DCM Institute’s Professional Development Day series ends at sold-out Sydney

The professional development organisation for Village Managers, Sales Managers and Head Office staff will wrap up its latest event before over 130 members in Sydney on Thursday.
DCM Institute’s Professional Development (PD) Day series concludes a three-week program of events across the country’s capital cities which drew a strong turnout from participants in the professional development program.
“The topics we are exploring are ones Village Managers have expressed a desire to learn more about,” said James Wiltshire, DCM Institute Executive Director. “We are exploring Dementia Friendly Communities with Dementia Australia, and dispute resolution with a focus on mediation skills courtesy of our sector partners Senior Living Mediation.”
The PD days also provided Village Managers with access to the sectors’ leading legal advisors with Jackson McDonald and MinterEllison continuing to support the program and provide updates on regulatory reforms in each state.
