Staged in every capital city finishing in Sydney last Thursday (pictured), the DCM Institute achieved another record attendance.
The day looked at why ‘everyone is in sales’ as a workshop that explored the customer journey, the legal requirements on operators during the sales process, and the art of selling. It explored handling difficult conversations – a skillset any professional needs to keep working on.
"What was exciting to see was the number of professionals in attendance, proving that the most important people in our sector are hungry for development and networking,” James Wiltshire, DCM Institute Executive Director, said.
