Deep dives into the subjects that matter for Village Managers proved to be inspirational for participants at Professional Development Days in Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney. Dementia care, legal insights and effective dispute resolution strategies were the focus and participants came away with vital skills. Attendees also praised the value of networking opportunities and the direct impact on their communities. DCM Institute Executive Director James Wiltshire thanked the expert speakers who helped make the Professional Development Days so important, including:
