The 107-bed facility designed by Elevation Architecture has been put forward by Wolter Consulting for the master planned Clearview Urban Village development in Seven Hills, 5km east of the CBD, While the application is still considered by Council, Councilor Kara Cook (Morningside) has welcomed the plans. “I am so happy to finally see an application for aged care located in the right spot. All it takes to get a good outcome is good planning,” she said. We’re guessing (smaller) size does matter too.
