Eureka’s expansion of its Wynnum village due for completion in December

The rental village operator is advertising ‘rental retirement living on a whole new level’ at its Wynnum village, 20km from the Brisbane CBD. As we reported here last August, the redevelopment will see an additional 22 one-bedroom apartments added to the 40-unit site. You can check out a video walk-through here. As you can see, the apartments are a far cry from the old motel-style rental village units of the past. Each features an open plan layout with a self-contained kitchenette, a bathroom with laundry, a bedroom with built in robe and storage and a private courtyard or balcony.
