Fairfield City Council approves rezoning for new village and care developer

Frank and Teresa D'Agostinos FTD Holdings has achieved a rezoning of an industrial warehouse location in Cabramatta (Sydneys Southwest) based on a plan to build 500 residential units plus100 retirement village units and a 100 bed aged care facility. To our knowledge this is their first aged accommodation initiative.
