In just six months, the first home on Zest Living’s inaugural land lease community at Yarrawonga has been built and occupied.
There will eventually be 155 two-bedroom/one bathroom; two-bedroom/two-bathrooms and three-bedroom/two-bathroom homes built on the site, which is on the Victorian side of the NSW border town.
Zest Living Yarrawonga’s Jackie Smith said seven spec homes are currently under construction, with two nearly complete. The site’s clubhouse is three months away.
Five homes have been sold off the plan.
Yarrawonga is about to almost double its population of 8,661 with a 3,000-home housing estate at Glanmire Park.
