46 people who had expressed an interest in the 40 villas and 48 apartments for the leading private operator’s third site in Sydney, attended a VIP Client event at the nearby Living Choice Glenhaven last Tuesday (18 July).
Living Choice Galston will be:
- 88 premium homes – 40 villas and 48 apartments,
- Villas include 12 x 3-bedroom designs and 28 x 2-bedroom designs,
- 2-storey leisure centre with grand foyer and numerous facilities,
- Temporary community hub will be installed for use by pioneer residents,
- Putting green, bocce court, BBQ area, terrace garden, veggie garden.
The pouring of the first villa slabs at Living Choice Galston is expected in the next six to eight weeks.
“We have had a lot of interest and hope to deposit all 13 homes in the first stage soon after the sales office opens in September,” said a spokeswoman.
Graham Hobbs and Ian Tregoning’s business is also building new villages at Parkwood on Queensland’s Gold Coast and its first land lease community at Mount Barker, 33km from Adelaide in South Australia.
