With new apartments from $420,000 and renovated units from $320,000, Reside Communities’ has celebrated the completion of the first stage of Brookland Robertson’s $40 million community revamp. Brookland Robertson now has an additional 39 one, two and three-bedroom apartments located above a new community centre, with a further 53 apartments planned for the second stage of the expansion. Reside Communities CEO Glen Brown, pictured with Village Manager Michael Foster, said the community facilities and apartments were five-star and set a new benchmark for the region.

“Since Reside acquired the village in 2018 we've been very much looking forward to delivering a new standard of living to residents, so this is a very exciting milestone for us,” Glen said.

Reside Communities, founded by Glen in 2017, owns and operates a growing portfolio of retirement villages in South East Queensland.
