The Not For Profit Garden Village at Port Macquarie has launched ‘The Cascades’ – 52 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments across two five-storey buildings – at its existing village after an 18-month build. 10-plus years in the planning, the development was built by Watpac and also features a restaurant, coffee shop, gym, community centre, activity rooms and an outdoor retreat.
