GemLife fast-tracks Stage 2 construction at Maroochydore QLD land lease community

Land lease operator GemLife has begun construction on the second stage of its Pacific Paradise community at Maroochydore, Queensland. Stage two, which will comprise 115 homes plus a two-storey clubhouse, saw its first slabs poured at the end of November. According to GemLife Director & CEO Adrian Puljich (pictured), construction teams are working quickly to ensure the development is completed as soon as possible.

“We are pulling out all stops to expedite the residential works program, including a reduced Christmas break period, to deliver our Stage Two contract holders their brand-new homes,” he said.

GemLife Pacific Paradise was originally announced with 96 homes in 2019.
