The sales power of land lease communities in a down housing market. The lifestyle developer’s Halcyon Greens community in Pimpama has secured sales for 65% of its third stage of homes on the first day of its release with the majority taken up by local buyers.
Homes in the stage are priced from $485,000 to $725,000.
Located next to the Gainsborough Greens golf course, the $300 million Mirvac/Halcyon community is billed as Australia’s first over-50s golf and lifestyle community and will eventually be home to over 500 homes.
