David Hoffmans Hampshire Properties has won control of the Canberra South Motor Park with 600 residents after Ingenia withdrew its $14.7 million offer late last year.
This adds to the seven Manufactured Home Estates Hoffman has across NSW. He was the first in NSW to build and position MHEs as lifestyle communities for the 50+ market.
The ACT site has space for 150 new homes while maintaining its traditional park business. In addition to the 600 residents they specialise in temporary accommodation for visiting tradies.
