Ingenia opened its "up market" branded Latitude One land lease community last July (2018) with 80 homes already earmarked as sold across this 29 ha site. It had planning approval for 270 homes.
The Port Stephens Council has just approved expanding its capacity to 440 homes, noting that the development is bringing a higher priced product to the local market with three-bedroom homes priced at $600,000.
A retirement destination, the shire has over 20 retirement village and land lease communities.
