The innovative affordable accommodation developer has bought a 6.8-hectare block to extend its Lara estate (pictured) – an hour south-east of Melbourne – and exchanged contracts to purchase a mixed-use holiday park in NSW’s Byron Bay for $15.3 million. The purchases come as Ingenia reported a 21 per cent surge in half-year revenue, with a $13 million profit as of December 31.
