The operator will build the new homes at Lake Conjola, two hours south of Sydney, after acquiring the holiday park in September 2015 for $24M with an ingoing yield of over 8%. With 377 annual and short-term sites, the park is one of the largest in the region. Ingenia has also launched a new ‘annual’ product in its prime waterfront locations which is being trialled at the park. Featuring a secure garage/storage, these holiday homes are priced from $200,000. Ingenia now has 2,350 development sites under ownership or option, of which 48% have development approvals in place – underwriting their near-term growth.
